Create Enumeration Definition

CED <enum name>; [description=<enum description>] [<enum values>] package=<distribution package>


Arguments

<enum name> 
The name of the list of enumerations that is being created
<enum description> 
(optional) A text description of the enumeration
<enum values> 
(optional) A string or strings which list out the various enumerated states, delimited by spaces. Quotes are optional. If not listed during creation, the states should be added later with the MEDAV command.
[<distribution package>
(optional) One of the following distribution packages:
  • Required
  • Optional
  • OptionalGame
  • Game (default)

Description

This is a CLI command that creates an enumeration definition. The values of the enumeration are filled in in the order they appear on the optional parameter list. Enum values must follow the conventions for names of definitions.

An enum is used to declare an enumeration, a distinct type consisting of a set of named constants called the enumerator list.
